Client Demand Triggers Kamazoy Appointment

Based at their County House offices in Worcester Kamazoy Virtual IT Department have appointed Josh Kingsbury to the post of Network Engineer. Utilising his far-reaching networking technologies expertise and communications network experience, Josh in his new role in addition to offering traditional user-facing support will take charge of designing and constructing new customer networks whilst encompassing ratification and surveying of existing systems to ensure industry best-practice is followed. Working closely with Kamazoy’s Directors, he will also help redesign a detailed and robust customer implementation framework for customer networks, with the goal to reduce downtime and overheads for customers and provide streamlined support. Commenting on his appointment, Josh said: “Having previously worked for Kamazoy 2 years ago, it was the relaxed and supportive atmosphere which brought me back and a great feeling to know that no issue is too big and there’s always a strong team who can help, in an environment where everyone brings their own specialisms to the team, and opinions are valued and considered. “Already it’s been a great experience in terms of professional development, with one of the main challenges I’ve faced in my short time here being project work planning; being able to ask the right questions of the customer is critical to ensuring the appropriate solution is quoted, which is why I’ve found the open discussion forum so valuable.” Josh, who is an undergraduate student at Birmingham City University will work at Kamazoy whilst he completes his degree over the next year. Kamazoy Founder and Director, Daniel Dainty, commented: “Unfortunately for us, Josh is only with us on a temporary basis whilst he completes his Computer Networks BSc university degree, so we’ll be going through the recruitment process again when he leaves, but the door will be open as we’d love him to re-join us once he’s graduated. “Having recently signed a significant amount of new business, we needed a new team member to meet the increased workload and Josh was the ideal candidate with known skills and the relevant technical expertise to fill this specialist position, particularly useful as we’re just about to design a largescale centralised virtual network for a legal firm, with Josh now in place he will spearhead its network design and implementation.”
