Governors Sought for Popular Kidderminster School
Holy Trinity School and Sixth Form Centre is seeking to recruit independent school governors from the world of business to join the School’s Board of Governors ready for the new academic year in September.
Headteacher Mrs Leek-Wright stated: “Following our successful transition to a Free School in September 2014, we now need to further develop and build the skill set of our existing Board of Governors.
“I am excited to further engage with our local business community and invite anyone with a passion and interest in education to join us and become a School Governor, and help continue the good work already being done.”
An opportunity to join a dynamic, successful and growing school community, Holy Trinity has a long tradition of academic excellence and pastoral care and has a strong emphasis on high expectations for all pupils and on academic rigour, which has helped maintain success in national tests and public examinations.
Committed individuals with experience in areas of finance, HR and data analysis are invited to apply, with training and support offered to all successful candidates.
Mrs Leek-Wright added: “The school’s long term aim is to create a closer working relationship between the education sector and that of the world of commerce, helping up-skill our students for the future and preparing them for the world that they will encounter beyond school.”
