Holy Trinity PTA donate £875 to KEMP for Kids

The PTA at Holy Trinity School in Kidderminster have handed a cheque for £875 to KEMP for Kids at the school’s end of term prizegiving ceremony on Tuesday 8th July. PTA chair, Mrs Michelle Howles, said: “Every year we chose a local charity to benefit from our annual summer fayre event, with this year’s charity being KEMP for KIDS, which offers specialist care and support to children in need, their families and carers who are dealing with a life limiting illness or bereavement.” KEMP for Kids is based at KEMP Hospice, and provides help to families to maintain patients’ independence and supports people as they adapt to their changing abilities, so that they can live their lives to the full, for as long as possible. KEMP Hospice head of fundraising, Kevin Hately, commenting said: “It was a delight and honour to be invited to join the school to celebrate students’ achievements and I would like to thank the PTA and the school for this wonderful donation which will be used to support the ongoing work of KEMP for Kids.”
