KEMP’s Girls Night Out

Volunteers and staff at KEMP Hospice are hard at work creating fabulous spring clothing collections to showcase at their annual ‘Girls Night Out’ event at the Gainsborough House Hotel between 5p.m to 9p.m on Thursday 10th March. Lilian Griffiths, Donations Centre Manager said: “Once again we are fortunate that the Gainsborough House Hotel has generously offered to host the evening for us. “The spring and summer outfits we have are simply stunning, with many attending last year able to create a whole new spring wardrobe, leaving with bags overflowing!” With a wealth of spring fashions and accessories to choose from, the time’s right to have a rummage through your wardrobes and make space for your new spring collection. All KEMP Hospice services are provided free of charge and delivered by a skilled clinical team. KEMP needs to raise over £940,000 annually to continue to provide these services, the majority of which comes from voluntary donations and the support of the local community. Lynne Jones, Head of Retail adds, “We wouldn't be able to do is without the efforts of our fabulous volunteers, our generous donors and the wonderful support from the Gainsborough. It's always a fun evening and there will be a mini fashion show which starts at 7p.m. “Anyone interested in becoming a KEMP volunteer and joining our terrific team who help set up events such as this should contact our volunteer coordinator Nina on 01562 756000.” For more information about the ‘Girls Night Out’ please call Lilian direct on 01562 515757, or pop into any of KEMP’s shops or the Hospice to buy tickets which are priced £2.50, payable on the door, and children are free of charge.
