Local Bank TSB raise valentine cash for KEMP Hospice

Staff at the Stourport branch of TSB has kindly donated over £400 to KEMP Hospice from their annual Valentine raffle. Clair Andrews, customer service advisor from Stourport TSB said: “As soon as we learnt that we were able to choose a local charity, we immediately thought of KEMP Hospice, especially as they have a charity shop just around the corner. We were completely overwhelmed with the response from local businesses who kindly donated prizes.” The raffle raised an amazing £413 which will hopefully be matched by TSB. Martin Dennick, TSB customer service manager said: “TSB is a local bank and our aim is to be able to give back into the community in which we work." All KEMP Hospice services are provided free of charge and delivered by skilled clinical and support teams who offer specialist care and support to patients, families and carers dealing with life limiting illness and bereavement; helping maintain personal independence or supporting adaption to changing abilities to ensure life if lived to the full for as long as possible. KEMP Hospice fundraiser, Elena Bloomfield stated: “We really appreciate the hard work and effort the staff here have put into this raffle, especially with the area suffering from the effects of the floods. “They have done amazingly well and KEMP Hospice would like to say thank you to all staff at TSB Stourport and their customers, as well as the many local businesses that supported the raffle by providing so many wonderful prizes.” If you think your business could do something similar, then please get in touch with Elena Bloomfield on 01562 756066 or email: elena.bloomfield@kemphospice.org.uk
