Local Titan Helps KEMP Hospice
Local firm, Titan Steel Wheels, have raised over £600 for KEMP Hospice via their annual charity donation raffle held at their Christmas staff party.
Titan’s MD, Chris Akers, commented: “We always get involved within the Cookley area, offering time and services to provide a neighbourly hand and build community relationships. We are happy to support local charity and do this in many ways by working with local organisations and charities, lending a hand and raising funds.”
A local business, Titan Steel Wheels chose Kemp Hospice as this year’s Christmas charity, with management and staff taking part in an annual blind donation raffle.
Julie Hicks, KEMP’s fundraising administrator commented: “We are so grateful to Titan for choosing KEMP as this year’s charity raffle beneficiary. We are now looking forward to building a strong relationship and working together for the benefit of the community in the coming year.”
KEMP continues to be overwhelmed with the amount of charitable donations they receive, with many local companies donating prizes which helps raise significant amounts of money for the Hospice. Longstanding supporters include; Louise Hewett Recruitment, Hudson’s florists, Kinver Bakery, Wilcox Desktop, Jaspers Cleaning, Tata Steels, Falcon Industrial Supplies, Mike and Gloria Akers and of course Chris Akers of Titan Steel Wheels.
