National Launch of Zest for Learning at Free Worcestershire Family Fayre

Education specialists Zest 4 Learning will officially launch their exciting Pre-school Home Education Programme at the Worcestershire Family Fayre day at Top Barn Farm Park, Holt on Saturday 12th September from 10am to 2pm. The free to attend family event will see Zest 4 Learning and a host of other local businesses showcasing a range of children’s activities, products and services, with lots to do and enjoy including free craft activities, a treasure hunt, bouncy castle, demonstrations, competitions, a raffle, as well as Top Barn’s play area, farm shop and a Maize Maze to enjoy. Entrepreneur and Zest 4 Learning’s Founder, Carole Hender, said: “This is such an exciting time for us as we launch Zest 4 Learning, which has come from an idea I had 15 years ago of creating a programme that would instil confidence and a love of learning.” Each of the 12 packs sent out monthly, have everything needed to undertake the activities, so no more searching for paper, colouring pens or glue. The learning pack contains colourful crafts and creative fun activities in a handy monthly programme which includes activity sheets, paper, colouring pencils, scissors, rubber, and glue, as well as a treasured keepsake scrap book. Designed to create a passion for learning from early years, Zest 4 Learning offers a structured pre-school curriculum introducing numeracy, literacy and dexterity skills, through fun games and activities, designed to give the child confidence and the best start to their school life. Said Carole: “There is a real need from parents for a structured learning programme that both challenge and stimulate pre-school children, and most importantly excite so that they want to learn even before they start school. “It’s taken several years for the initial idea to come to fruition, but finally Zest 4 Learning is here and it’s launching at the Worcestershire Family Fayre day so come along and join us, and help us celebrate!”
