Nursery Pyjama Day for Children in Need
Children at Little Trinity Nursery in Kidderminster dressed down and put on pyjamas for this year’s Children in Need on Friday 13th November.
Little Trinity Nursery Manager, Gaynor Carter said: “Children in Need is so amazing and we always love to support it, with the children this year enjoying a bear hunt looking for ‘Pudsey cards’ both inside and outside in the nursery play areas, and just simply having lots of Pudsey fun.”
Around 40 children as well as nursery staff took part, with the children able to use all 7 areas of their EYFS learning during their Pudsey-themed day activities as they made Pudsey ears, facemasks and stick puppets, played colour by numbers and created fingerprint Pudseys, had fun with Pudsey playdough mats and listened to the story of Pudsey's Great Fundraiser.
Added Gaynor: “This has been such a wonderful Children in Need day for an amazing charity which helps so many disadvantaged children through brilliant projects, changing lives all over the country.
“Thank you to our families and staff as we raised £118 from the children covering Pudsey Bear with money, all kindly and generously donated by their families!”
